The application principally is a personal social account used and created by the general audience to be connected with the other socially active people who are in to rent their pets to the people near them. Application will be having the capability of GEOTag Location, which will help the users see or view the available pets they can get on rental basis, This process is completely secured so no third party can access without your permission. The application will also allow you to have multiple users-could be friends or can be added as family members within the application to create a somewhat like miniature instagram family.
Before the Covid-19 Pandemic, PetPal was a physical store providing services based on their localities. However, as pandemic restrictions increased the need for at-home petting tools, the company approached TFO to create a resource that would provide additional support to their clients as client’s transition to renting out pet outside of the physical store.
As the transition was costing Petpal LLC a huge sum of their revenue to be neglected as most of their clients wanted to transition from physical stores to an online platform. The demand for their services increased as soon as the company invoiced an online solution.
Working closely with PetPal LLC, we designed and developed a minimum viable product (MVP), with a prioritized product roadmap set for phased delivery using our now, next, later model. This process enabled us to focus our resources on refining only the product’s core functionalities, which helped us accelerate our time-to-market and deliver a fully functional product on time while still allowing for future product growth.
